Dashboard Overview
After logging in you will see your file dashboard. From here you can upload files, create folders, and manage your storage.

2. Select files or drag and drop them into the browser window.

Supported File Types
You can upload any file type: documents, images, videos, archives, and more. There is no per-file size limit beyond your total storage quota.
Sharing Files
1. Right-click a file or folder and select "Share".
2. Enter an email address or generate a public link.
3. Set permissions: View Only or Edit.
4. Click "Share" to send the invitation.

Team Workspaces
Create shared folders where your team can collaborate. All members with access can upload, edit, and organize files within the workspace.
Checking Usage
Your current storage usage is displayed in the sidebar. It shows how much space you have used out of your total plan quota.
Upgrading Your Plan
To upgrade your storage plan, contact your service provider. Available plans: 50 GB, 100 GB, 200 GB, 500 GB, 1 TB, and 2 TB.
Encryption
All files are encrypted at rest and in transit. Your data is stored securely on enterprise-grade infrastructure.

Professional business phone number with call forwarding, voicemail, business hours routing, and 500 minutes per month.
In This Guide
Your Phone Number
When your business phone number is activated, you receive a dedicated local or toll-free number. This number is yours to use as your business line — give it to clients, put it on your website, print it on business cards. All calls to this number are handled by the Phone Manager.
Phone Manager Overview
Access your Phone Manager from the "My Apps" menu or the "Access" button on your services page. The Phone Manager dashboard shows your phone number, minutes usage, call stats, and a quick dial pad. Use the sidebar menu to navigate to Call Forwarding, Voicemail, Business Hours, Call Log, and other settings.
Minutes & Usage
Your plan includes 500 minutes per month of inbound call forwarding. The usage bar on your dashboard shows how many minutes you have used. Each minute a forwarded call is connected counts toward your allowance. Voicemail recording time also counts. Most small businesses use well under 500 minutes per month.
Setting Your Forwarding Number
Go to Call Forwarding in the sidebar. Enter the phone number where you want calls to ring — this can be your personal cell phone, office landline, or any number. Click Save. All incoming calls to your business number will now forward to this phone.
Changing Your Forwarding Number
You can change your forwarding number anytime. Simply go to Call Forwarding, enter the new number, and click Save. The change takes effect immediately — the next incoming call will ring the new number.
How Forwarding Works
When someone calls your business number, it rings your forwarding phone. If you answer, you are connected to the caller normally. If you do not answer within 20 seconds (and voicemail is enabled), the caller hears your voicemail greeting and can leave a message.
Custom Greeting
Go to Voicemail in the sidebar. Write your greeting message in the text field — for example: "Thank you for calling Acme Corp. We are unable to take your call right now. Please leave your name, number, and a brief message." Choose a male or female AI voice. Click Save. Your greeting is converted to natural-sounding speech using AI.
Listening to Voicemails
When callers leave a voicemail, it appears in your Voicemail Inbox below the settings. Each voicemail shows the caller number, date, and duration. Click the play button to listen. Unread voicemails are highlighted with a blue dot and counted in the sidebar badge.
Managing Voicemails
Click the play button to listen to a voicemail — it automatically marks as read. Use the trash icon to delete individual voicemails. Click "Mark all read" to clear the unread badge. Your inbox stores up to 50 voicemails.
Goodbye Message
After a caller finishes leaving a voicemail, a goodbye message plays. You can customize this message in the Voicemail settings — for example: "Thank you for calling. Have a great day!" It uses the same AI voice as your greeting.
Setting Your Schedule
Go to Business Hours in the sidebar. Set your timezone first — this ensures hours are checked correctly regardless of where the server is located. Then toggle each day on or off and set open/close times. By default, Monday through Friday is set to 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM with Saturday and Sunday closed.
After-Hours Behavior
When a call comes in outside your set business hours, it goes directly to voicemail (if enabled). The caller hears your voicemail greeting and can leave a message. If voicemail is disabled, the caller hears "We are currently unavailable" and the call ends.
Do Not Disturb
The Do Not Disturb toggle on your dashboard overrides business hours. When DND is on, ALL calls go to voicemail regardless of the time. Use it for meetings, lunch breaks, or after hours. Toggle it off when you are ready to take calls again.
Viewing Call History
Go to Call Log in the sidebar. Every incoming call is logged with the caller number, date and time, duration, and call type. The call log refreshes automatically when you open it. Up to 100 calls are stored.
Call Types
Calls are categorized as: Received (you answered), Missed (you did not answer and no voicemail was left), Voicemail (caller left a message), or Outbound (you made a call from the dial pad). Each type has a color-coded badge for easy scanning.
Missed Call SMS
Enable Missed Call SMS in the sidebar settings. When you miss a call, your business number automatically sends a text message to the caller — for example: "Thanks for calling! We missed your call but will get back to you shortly." You can customize this message. This feature helps you capture leads even when you cannot answer.

Setup Checklist
Your dashboard shows a setup checklist: verify your sending domain, create a contact list, add contacts, and send your first campaign. It auto-hides once all steps are complete.

1. Go to Campaigns and click "New Campaign".
2. Enter a name, subject line, and preview text.
3. Select your verified sender domain and target contact list.
4. Choose a template or write your own HTML.
5. Click "Send Now", "Schedule", or "Save Draft".

15 pre-built templates are included. You can also generate custom templates with AI — just provide your industry, tone, and branding preferences.
Spam Score
Before sending, click "Check Spam Score" to analyze your subject line, content, and technical setup. Fix any flagged issues to improve deliverability.
Adding Contacts
1. Go to Contacts and click "Add Contact" to add one manually.
2. Or click "Import CSV" to upload a spreadsheet. The system auto-maps common column names.

Managing Lists
Go to Lists to create, edit, or delete contact lists. Each list has a name, description, and color label. Click a list to filter contacts by that list.

1. Go to Automations and click "New Automation".

In This Guide
Your Bio URL
Your bio page lives at biolnk.net/your-handle. The handle is your unique slug — pick something short and brandable (your name, brand, or handle). This URL is what you put in your Instagram, TikTok, X, YouTube, or any other social bio so followers can reach all your other links in one place.
Accessing the Dashboard
From your client portal, click the "Link in Bio" tile in the nav (or the Access button on your services page). The dashboard has six sections in the sidebar: Dashboard (overview), Page Settings (identity & theme), Links (add/edit/reorder), Social Icons, Analytics, and Live Preview.
Customizing in Under a Minute
Most users get a polished page in under a minute: pick a slug, set your display name, paste an avatar URL, write a tagline, pick a theme, add 3–5 links, save. The live preview iframe on the right of the Dashboard tab shows your changes in real time.
Changing Your Slug
In the Page Settings tab, the "URL Slug" field shows your current handle with a "biolnk.net/" prefix. As you type, the system checks availability in real time — a green "✓ Available" means it's yours when you save; red "✗ Taken" means try a variation. Slugs are 3–50 characters, letters/numbers/dashes only. Reserved words (admin, login, etc.) are blocked.
Display Name
The bold name shown at the top of your bio page. Can be your real name, brand name, stage name, or handle. Up to 150 characters but most look best at 1–3 words.
Tagline
A one-liner under your name. Use it to describe who you are or what you do — e.g., "Content creator · Photographer · Coffee enthusiast" or "Italian-inspired hospitality · Private events · Bookings." Up to 280 characters.
Avatar URL
Paste the URL of an image hosted anywhere (your website, Instagram CDN, Unsplash, etc.). 200×200 square works best. Round display with a colored ring around it (the ring color comes from your theme).
Accent Color
Tap the color box to pick any hex color. The accent applies to your name, link borders/highlights, and social icon hover states. Choose something that matches your brand identity.
Choosing a Theme
The Theme card in Page Settings shows 20 swatches — Default, Dark, Gradient, Soft, Brutalist, Midnight, Sunset, Ocean, Forest, Mono, Neon, Paper, Cyber, Rose, Mint, Bubblegum, Carbon, Lavender, Terra, and Vapor. Click a swatch to select it (the selected one has a border + tinted background). Hit "Save Settings" to apply.
Theme Categories
Light & clean: Default, Mono, Forest, Terra, Paper. Dark & bold: Dark, Midnight, Carbon, Neon, Cyber. Vibrant gradients: Gradient, Sunset, Ocean, Vapor. Soft pastels: Soft, Rose, Mint, Lavender, Bubblegum. Statement: Brutalist (hard shadows, no rounding).
Preview Before Saving
The live preview iframe in the Dashboard tab shows your current saved page. Save settings to push the theme change live. The iframe auto-refreshes after every save.
Adding a Link
Go to the Links tab. In the "Add a Link" card, type a label (e.g., "🎥 My Latest Video") and a URL, then click Add Link. The page reloads with your new link appended at the bottom of the list.
Link URL Formats
Regular websites: just type the URL (with or without https://, the system adds it). Action links: use mailto:hi@example.com for email, tel:+15551234567 for phone, sms:+15551234567 for text messaging. Action links open the user's native app on mobile.
Editing a Link
Click in the label or URL field to edit, then click the save icon (💾) on the right of the row. Changes save instantly.
Reordering Links
Grab the drag handle (⋮⋮) on the left of any link row and drag it up or down. The new order saves automatically and the preview iframe refreshes.
Hiding a Link
Toggle the "Visible" checkbox to hide a link without deleting it (useful for seasonal links). Hidden links show as semi-transparent in the dashboard and are not displayed on your public page.
Deleting a Link
Click the trash icon (🗑️) on the right of a link row. Confirm the prompt and the link is removed permanently. Tip: if you might want it back, hide it instead.
Adding Social Profiles
Go to the Social Icons tab. For each platform (Instagram, TikTok, X/Twitter, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, Spotify, Threads), enter your handle in the input field — just the handle, no @ symbol, no full URL. Leave blank to hide that platform.
How They Display
Filled social handles render as a row of colored icons above your links on the public page. Tapping an icon opens the platform's app or website to your profile.
Saving Socials
Hit "Save Socials" at the bottom of the section. Preview iframe refreshes immediately so you can see the icon row.
Stat Tiles
The Analytics tab shows four numbers at the top: Views (total page visits), Clicks (total link clicks across all links), Click Rate (clicks ÷ views as a percentage), and Active Links (how many visible links you have).
Top Links Table
Ranked list of your top 10 links by total clicks. Useful for figuring out which links your audience actually cares about — promote those, drop the dead weight.
Recent Activity Feed
Last 20 events (mix of views and clicks) with type badge, country, referrer, and time-ago. Helps you spot traffic spikes from a specific platform or campaign.
Bot Filtering
You never see fake numbers from bots. The system filters out curl, wget, headless browsers, social-media unfurlers (Facebook/Twitter preview crawlers), and known SEO bots before recording any view or click. 30-second per-IP dedup prevents refresh-spam.
Built-in Preview
On desktop, the Dashboard tab shows your live bio page in an iframe on the right side — exactly as visitors see it. On mobile, the preview moves to its own "Live Preview" sidebar item to save space.
Auto-Refresh
The preview refreshes after every save (settings, socials, link edit, reorder) so you always see the current state.
Open in New Tab
The "Open" link above the preview opens your bio page in a fresh tab — useful for grabbing the URL or sharing with someone.
Where to Put the URL
Drop biolnk.net/your-handle into your Instagram bio, TikTok bio, X profile, YouTube channel description, Facebook page about section, email signature, podcast show notes, and anywhere else you have a single-link slot.
Keep Links Fresh
Reorder so the most important link is at the top — most clicks go to the first 3 links. Update labels and URLs as your priorities change. Hide outdated links instead of leaving them up.
Use Emojis in Labels
Labels with a leading emoji (🎥 My Latest Video, 🛍️ Shop, 📸 Book a Photoshoot) get noticeably more clicks than plain text. Emojis act as visual icons.
Test on Mobile
Almost all your traffic is from mobile (Instagram/TikTok). Open biolnk.net/your-handle on your phone to make sure everything looks right after big edits.
